I had a great stay at this hotel, which is located in a quiet area close to the river. It was very convenient as I could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and attractions along the Esplanade. The rooms were small but always impeccably clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the furnishings. The staff were friendly and provided helpful advice on local activities. it was a great value for the money.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

We were a late arrival at the Motel but the staff were good enough to make contact with us, confirm our booking and leave our key at a secret location as the reception desk closes quite early in the evening. The room was clean tidy and quiet also in a good location. Check out was simple and slick.

I needed a "no frills" room that was close to my Business appointment.it was within walking distance to the beach and the Surf Club which has fantastic bistro meals.if people want simple ,easy, clean accommodation then this does the trick .

It was located in a quiet central position....with easy access to shops/beach...with a bus stop conveniently on the doorstep ! I would certainly return if again in Mooloolaba.
This is a motel (not hotel) so do not expect the hotel facilities. It is good clean standard motel accommodation .with parking in front of the units....It had a fridge.....but would it would have been nice to have had a microwave in the unit.

Neat & tidy accommodation. Close to everything. Appreciated the upgrade to a family room.
Was not aware that the backpackers were right next door. They had a party on the Saturday night and were pretty noisy until late.

Clean and practical hotel with a great location. the room offered all basic facilities, including a handy on-site kitchen. the motel's location was close to shops, beaches, bars, and other attractions.
The shower could have been bigger and the curtain longer to prevent water from going on the floor. Other than that, we had a great stay at a reasonable price.

It's location was great. Not far from the main beach area. You can walk to all the cafes and restuarants.
I wish there were fashwashers in the bathroom...thats all.

The reception staff were just exceptional. Very helpful and friendly. The place had a real 'family owned' feel to it which is so rare these days.
Maybe just some better signage on the road, we had trouble finding it at night :)

On arrival, everything was locked up, but the friendly manager quickly assisted us. the motel is conveniently located close to many attractions and just a short walk to the beach. the room was clean and tidy, offering all the basic facilities we needed. the on-site kitchen was very handy for those who want to cook their own meals. the staff were helpful and even provided complimentary breakfast packs. the motel also offers great parking right outside the room.
The information folder could have had more information in it.

Good value for money. Nothing flash, but who wants to spend time in their room when they could be at the beach or dining out?
No iron in room, or phone to call reception to ask for one

The accommodation was clean and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the proximity to the beach and restaurants, which made it easy for us to enjoy the holiday. The room also offered a good air conditioning system to help us stay cool during the hot weather.
The room was very basic and small, with limited space for our belongings. The toilet was cramped with a small sink and no vanity, which was a bit inconvenient.

Close to everything, restaurants, beach, shopping, and easy access to & from highway.
A bit close to the backpackers, but their curfew (10pm) was reasonable and well policed.
